First-Time Client Policy

All first-time residential clients must book a Deep Cleaning before scheduling standard maintenance services.

Payment Policy

Payment is due immediately after service completion. Invoices are sent automatically after each appointment.

Failure to submit payment on the day of service may result in suspension of future bookings.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: $75 cancellation fee
• Same-day cancellations: $75 fee

No-Show Policy

If we arrive and are unable to access the home, or no one is present when required:
• 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged
• Repeat no-shows may result in refusal of future service

Home Condition Policy

Homes with excessive clutter, heavy buildup, or unsanitary conditions may require additional time and pricing adjustments. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions pose a health or safety risk.
